I booked an EBC trek through Desire adventures and it was one of the best decisions I made. Nava and my guide Jarendra were very accommodating to different itinerary changes both before and during the trek due to various extra hikes I wanted to do, such as Kongma La pass, or if I needed an extra rest day. Jarendra was very fun to hike with and he seem to know everyone on the trail. He has guided many people that ended up summiting Everest as well and he has climbing many of the 6000 meter peaks. I actually ended up getting altitude sickness near the very top of the trail and soon after, Jarendra was able to get a horse to walk me back down and a helicopter soon after. I am very very grateful for their help in that situation. Overall the views were absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait to go back. You won’t go wrong by choosing desire adventures.

My dad and I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Desire Adventures, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized and stress-free. Our guide, Dinesh, was phenomenal. He was there for us every step of the way - answering all our questions, navigating the route daily, and keeping us great company while constantly monitoring our health and well-being. When we ran into the inevitable flight issues to Lukla, the team in Kathmandu and Dinesh handled it instantly. They resolved the situation very efficiently and we flew out without any delay, keeping our entire itinerary perfectly on track. We had an absolutely fantastic experience, largely thanks to the incredible care and company of our guide, porter and Niti from the office who looked after us from Kathmandu. Nava organised everything smoothly, from permits to accommodation, making the whole trip stress-free. Our guide, Prakash, was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and always attentive to our safety and comfort. He truly made the trek enjoyable.
